E-RIDE Certification is earned — not claimed. Instruction, evaluation, and testing are delivered exclusively through providers accredited by the Board, so that every certified rider meets the same standard regardless of where they train.

Premier accredited statewide provider

Minnesota E-Bike Safety Academy is the Board's premier accredited training and testing partner — authorized to deliver E-RIDE certification courses and administer official competency evaluation for youth riders across Minnesota. Families, schools, and municipalities enroll riders directly with the Academy.

Become an authorized provider

Organizations seeking authorization to deliver E-RIDE instruction and testing apply to the Board for accreditation. Applications are reviewed against the Board's provider requirements.
