Section 07 — Inquiries & Municipal Briefings

Have a question? Ask the Board.

Families, guardians, and riders can send questions about E-RIDE Certification directly to the Board — how it works, what riders are tested on, and how certification is recognized in your community. Board staff read every message.

• How certification works, plainly explained
• What riders are tested on
• How to get your rider certified
• How cities and schools recognize certification
